This policy explains what information WeFiks Inc. ("WeFiks", "we") collects through our estimate pages at wefiks.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you enter: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), property ZIP code, and your answers to the estimate questions (project scope, size, finish level, options, timeline, and whether the property is your home or a rental).
- Information collected automatically: the page you came from, campaign parameters in the link you clicked (such as Google Ads identifiers), your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your request. We use this to measure which ads bring genuine enquiries and to prevent spam.
How we use it
- To calculate and send you the estimated project range you requested.
- To contact you about your project by phone, text message, or email.
- To prepare a site review and a written proposal if you ask for one.
- To understand which advertising brings real enquiries so we can spend sensibly.
We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. When you submit the estimate form and check the consent box, you consent to receive calls and text messages from WeFiks Inc. about your project at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Who can see your information
Your information is stored on our website's server and is visible to WeFiks staff who handle estimates. We use service providers to deliver text messages and email and to measure advertising; they process information only on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and advertising
Our estimate pages may use Google Ads and Google Analytics cookies to measure conversions and improve our advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to follow up on your project and for our business records, typically up to three years, unless a longer period is required by law or by a contract with you.
