Before
Where it started.
A 1960s tub surround, plaster falling off the studs, and a leak that had been quietly working on the framing for years. The homeowner wanted a walk-in shower and a bathroom they weren't embarrassed by.
Down to the studs, on purpose.
We don't tile over problems. Everything comes out so the framing, plumbing and subfloor can be inspected and fixed. You get photos of what we found the same day.
The part you'll never see is the part we care most about.
Proper waterproofing, a sloped pan, level lines, and tile set with leveling clips so every edge meets flush. This is the difference between a bathroom that lasts and one that leaks in three years.
Bench, niche, hex floor.
A built-in seat, a recessed niche instead of a plastic caddy, and a hexagon mosaic floor that grips wet feet. Details that cost little and change how the room feels every morning.
Handed over clean.
Matte black frameless sliding door, fixtures tested, grout sealed, and the whole house vacuumed before we leave. Then we send the final photos and the warranty in writing.
